What happens after you send it

  1. 01One of the three of us answers. A person, not a sequence.
  2. 02If it looks like a fit, a conversation. About half an hour, about your firm. Nothing is quoted, scheduled, or signed in it.
  3. 03If you want to go further, a letter. The scope and the price of the evaluation, in writing, before anything begins.
  4. 04If it doesn't fit, that's a fine place to stop. “Not ready” is one of the answers we put in writing.

We don’t add your address to a list. There is no list. If you’d like anything you sent us deleted, say so and it will be.
